Level 1 coaching supports entrepreneurs to prepare a sound business plan to use as a blueprint and performance management tool for starting, managing and growing their businesses.

Level 2 coaching supports entrepreneurs to develop and establish efficient and effective customer-centered systems and processes that will increase sales, revenues, profits and accelerated growth. By the end of the session, the entrepreneur will have a Business Improvement Action Plan.

Level 3 coaching supports entrepreneurs to determine readiness for growth, resources required for growth, including how to successfully implement the expansion. By the end of the coaching the entrepreneur will have a practical easy-to-apply Business Expansion Action Plan.
